$14,300,000 For a Licence Plate

I think that in U.Α.Ε. they are going crazy. The guy in the picture is Saeed Abdul Ghafour Khouri and after a lot of anguish he managed to win in an auction the Abu Dhabi licence plate with Number "1". How much this cost him? Probably more than what he paid for his car $14,300,000. [...]
