Batmobile For Sale In Ebay (Tim Burton Movie)

Well here is it is, the once in a life time opportunity to own the famous Batmobile that was used in Tim Burtons movie. The owner setup an Ebay Auction and the starting price is only $500,000. This is one of the 5 Batmobiles that were made for the movie.

The seller, maguire1229, put this description on the advert:

Na na na na na na na na na na BATMAN. That is what your neighbors will say when you pull into the driveway. How many people do you know that have a Ferrari, a Mercedes, a Lamborghini, or a Corvette? My guess would be there is at least one of these in your neighborhood. Now how many Batmobiles are in your neighborhood. None, because there were a total of 5 of these cars made.
Here it is one of 5 (yes 5 that is not a typo) cars that could have been in the “Batman” movie staring Micheal Keaton and Jack Nicholson. Five cars were built for the movie and this car is the number five car. Being that this car originally was owned by Warner Bros productions it is important to note that the buyer will have to sign a contract with them and some other legal items. If you would like to know more about this, contact me and I will give you all the details.

Do have in mind that the 5.7 litre Chevrolet 350 engine is going to be a bit thirsty, but its a small price to pay compared to driving this beast!

Here is a video of one of the other 4 Batmobiles out there

Update: It seems that the item was removed from ebay. Maybe Joker stole it!

Harry Houdini had conquered the world with his magic tricks but what is less known is that he also tried to try his luck with the silent movies. He starred in many movies with a common theme "supernatural powers". A DVD box that will come out in a few days presents a trailer where you can see the first robot to appear in a movie!

About a year ago, Knut the little polar bear, had captivated peoples attention when it became the first polar bear to be born in Berlin’s Zoo after 30 years.

Photographs and videos with cute Knut were all over the Internet. Unfortunately nature does not make any exceptions so Knut grew up and stopped being a cute little bear :P

The Smallest Drive In Cinema

The DRV-IN is located somewhere in Manhattan and it must be fact the smallest drive in cinema in the world.  Everyday 6 lucky people enjoy 2 shows of classic movies starting from the 60’s, inside a specially converted 1965 Ford Falcon.

I think this must be a unique experience for all those that feel nostalgic about the innocent era of cinema. Its price is quite attractive, with just $75 you can rent the car and see the movie with 5 other friends of yours.

See the DRV-IN webpage here
