Youtube Player Beta - What About It?

Youtube just lanched a link where you can switch to Youtube Player beta. Seriously, am I missing something? :)

Let’s see the differences. Well, we have a bit smaller control bar, there is no “back” button, the volume control is now a pop scroll button and the button next to “full screen” witch i am not sure what it does (I think it fits the video to the original size) is gone.

I can’t understand why this is in beta. I think that if tomorrow goes live few will going to understand the difference :)

Update Mike Abundo from Inside Online Video shines the light of this - at first sight unnecessary - upgrade. As you can read, it seems that the new player autodetects your Bandwidth! So no more quality switching. Thank you Mike!

Windows XP Service Pack 3 (SP3) - Finally

Finally, after months (or years?) of waiting, the 3rd service pack for Windows Vista is out. You can download the .exe file here. Microsoft hasn’t add the link to Windows Download page yet but it seems that the file is already there. I have already begun to download the update and I will keep you informed if there are any issues with it (Yes I still use XP!). Having used Windows Vista I have to say that I think Windows XP is much more stable.
