See High Quality Videos In Youtube

It seems that Google is trying to make a few changes in Youtube so we can enjoy higher quality videos. For the moment nothing has changed in the interface but with a very simple way you can see which ever video you want at a much higher resolution (480?360 MP4). Some videos are still not complying with the change and you might experience a problem if you are a Firefox user.
So if the video you want to see has a URL such as:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A3_TVyQ2t5s
The only thing you have to do is add at the end: &fmt=18
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A3_TVyQ2t5s&fmt=18
From the screenshot below you can see some significant difference compared to the one above
