Actress Taryn Dielle, 42, decided to sue her own children (aged one and three) after her husband, Mark Butler, died of cancer last year. Her husband left a fortune of over £2 million of which she is entitled only £125,000 due to the lack of last will.

She is taking this action to gain access to the money that her husband left behind and raise her kids properly. According to the law she is only entitled to £50,000 per year which is the interest from the money that her husband left behind.
