Seasteading: Own Your Own Country

Did you ever had this dream as a child, to be a king, and emperor or a president of an entire country? Well now is your chance.
A group of ultra rich millionaires have come up with a way to rule your own country, even if its the smallest one on earth. Peter Thiel (Paypal), Wayne Gramlich (Sun Microsystems) executive and Patri Milton Friedman (Google) are behind this ambitious scheme of creating mini and independent nations floating on international waters.
These “nations” will be based on old oil rig platforms and would be big enough to fit a family.
To achieve this they formed the Seasteading Institute, and examine the impact of such communities.

Patri Friedman, not Milton Friedman. Patri Friedman works for Google; Milton Friedman is one of the most famous and influential economists of the 20th century, and is also dead.
