Its not the first time Russia sends animals to space. Take Laika for instance, a dog that was sent to space in 1957, and paved the way for the first human to be send up there. It seems though that Russians want to start the space race again and they wan to be sure of what they are doing by sending monkeys in space. The latest target for the Russian space agency is to send a man to the moon. Before man, monkey, more specifically, macaques, will set food, if it survives!
