"Buzz off" Movement

If it wasn’t for the Buzz Off movement I would have never learned for all those things that go on in the UK. In some stores over there they have equipment that broadcast a sound which is audible only by humans younger than 25 year old.
These devices are called "mosquitos" due to the characteristic sound they emit. The purpose of these devices is to keep kids away from areas where they might annoy (ie a fancy restaurant or places where gangs hang out)
So the youngsters decided to act against this antisocial situation and started the “Buzz Off” campaign with sole purpose to shut down all the 3,500 such devices that are scattered around the country.
Buzz Off is supported by the Children’s Commissioner for England. See in the video below youngsters explaining why they do now want these devises.
