Korean Sungnyemun/Namdaemun Gate is Destroyed by Fire

The number 1 Korean National Treasure, the historic Sungnyemun (Namdaemun) gate, was destroyed few hours ago from a fire that was probably caused by a short circuit. This was a 14th century monument that marked the history of South Korea. It is truly a shame to see a monument that went thought the passage of time to be destroyed by something stupid, from a mistake.
