Amazon Bought Audible

Yesterday night in a not so expected move, Amazon announced that they bought Audible for $300 millions.
Audible is the biggest supplier of audio books, audio newspapers etc. Its list contains thousands of files and it has departments in Germany, United Kingdom and France.
I think Amazon will connect it with Kindle offering an alternative service of book reading.
Audible till now works with subscription, at $14.95 per month, (one audio book per month). I am not sure if there are going to be any changes in the subscription, we will see soon. I have to say thought I am not interested in audio books, you?
