Paul McGuinness, U2 manager for the last 30 years, addressed delegates at an international music industry conference, held in France, and made some statements that made him very adorable by Internet users.

He said that ISP’s are ?shoddy, careless and downright dishonest way they have been treated in the digital age?

He also went against governments that do not monitor ISP’s and what their users download and also against technology companies that make things easier for people to share music.

So he demands from ISP’s to do two things:

1. They need to ban the “criminal illegal downloading users”, by canceling their Internet connection (this would be very popular)

2. Charge users for every mp3 they download and give it to the music industry
