Clowns can now return to Turkmenistan

If one of the reasons that you haven’t visited Turkmenistan till now was the fact that there are no clowns there then the following news will bring you joy.
7 years ago the late Saparmurat Niyazov forbid opera, ballet and circus in Turkmenistan saying that these things are not part of the Turkmen culture.
Today all those banned artists can now smile as the new country’s leader decided to lift the ban!
