Banned for driving at 10mph on motorway

A woman named Stephanie Cole from Bristol, UK has been banned from driving for 7 days. The reason for the ban was that she was driving along the M32 motorway at 10mph
Apparently she said to the arresting officers that she does not feel confident when she drives in the motorway and that she drove on the motorway because she desperately needed to go buy ink cartridge.
She told the court that for the past 3.5 years she has been receiving treatment for “fear of driving”, but this landed her the ban and she was ordered to retake the driving test again.
At least she notified other drivers by placing a sign on here car that read “I do not drive fast so please overtake.”
