Josh Parsons a lecturer in the university of Otago, New Zealand. A while ago while watching some slags he notices that some are nice, colorful and elegant while some others where boring and ugly.
So he decided to grade and classify the worlds flags. As an example have a look at the Greek flag above, Mr Parsons gave a score of 70/100 because its impressively eyewatering, with only two colours, where as the flag of Northern Mariana Islands got a score of 2/100 because it appears to have been constructed from clip art.

Another example is the Cyprus flag which got 40/100due to it depicting a map of the country

Top score belongs to the flag of Gambia which receives 90/100 for its great design, color choice and also because it represents the geography of the country without depicting a map.
